Carla graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Carla has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis providing intensive ABA services in both home and school settings to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders as a therapist and a supervisor since the year 2000. She has extensive training in DTT, PECS, and Behavior Modification techniques. Carla obtained her California Teaching Credential and a Master of Education degree with an emphasis in Cross-Cultural Teaching in 2005. She has completed all coursework necessary to sit for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam and is awaiting BCBA certification. She is dedicated to helping improve the lives of children and families living with autism.
Joe Medrano
Joe Medrano, MA
Clinical Supervisor
Joe has been working with children on the autism spectrum since 1995. He received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of California of Santa Cruz and his Master's degree in Human Behavior from National University. He is currently enrolled in coursework to receive BCBA certification. He has worked with children with developmental disabilities in public and private schools as well as in the home and community. He enjoys relating behavioral concepts to the families of these children so they can understand and utilize the strategies effectively.
Kelly Montiel

Kelly received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University and her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University. She plans to begin coursework in behavior analysis in order to receive BCBA certification. Since 2003, Kelly has worked with individuals with autism and various other special needs in home, school, and community settings. She enjoys finding the special qualities and strengths of each child with autism to help promote their success. Kelly's passion is supporting the families of these children in their efforts so that the entire family may thrive.
Sarah Choe
Sarah Choe, MSW

Sarah earned a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Psychology and Sociology from the University of California, Irvine and her Master of Social Work degree from San Diego State University. She has extensive experience working with children and adults with autism and other various special needs, where she has implemented various methodologies in the home, school, and clinical settings. Sarah is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism, so they may be empowered to reach their full potential and succeed within the community.

Tami Pace, a very energetic ABA therapist, moved to California from NY in 2005. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Mt. St. Mary College. Tami is currently working on a Master's Degree in Special Education. Tami has been working with people with varying special needs since 2001. Tami is able to successfully integrate many different methodologies into her approach when working one-on-one with her clients. Her passion is to see individuals on the Autism Spectrum empowered by their abilities so they may succeed socially and academically in society.

Liz is originally from San Diego County. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Developmental Psychology from Saint Mary's College in Moraga and her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, she is happy to be back home. Liz has always had a strong passion for working with children, especially those under the age of five. She has worked with children on the Autism Spectrum since 2008 and is currently working to obtain her BCBA certification. Liz is dedicated to embracing the unique qualities and strengths of each child and is passionate about helping the family support these strengths in order to promote a better quality of life for each child.
