Aditi is an enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated behavior consultant. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology as well as a Master's of Art in Elementary Education and holds a California and Massachusetts Elementary teaching license. She has been working in schools with children since 2002 and specifically with children on the spectrum since 2005. She is experienced in teaching academics and social/play skills as well as ABA methodologies.

Mark has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis providing ABA therapy in both the home and school setting since 2003. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from University of California San Diego and is currently pursuing a Masters with an emphasis in autism research from San Diego State University. He is well versed in various behavior modification techniques and methodologies. Mark is a dedicated consultant who takes great satisfaction in helping children reach their full potential and is honored to be a part of AEFCT.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. She attended graduate school at St. Xavier University in Chicago where she obtained her teaching credential. Jennifer has been working with students on the autism spectrum since 2005 and thoroughly enjoys helping these children and their families.

Kristin has been immersed in the field of Behavioral Therapy since 1996, and over the years, feels blessed to have worked with so many wonderful families. Her experience ranges from early intervention to middle school aged children. She is especially fond of participating in social facilitation and school shadowing programs. Kristin finds any opportunity to provide inclusion and Autism awareness extremely rewarding.

Aside from the great kids Kristin gets to work with, she is the proud mother of four! Plans for her future include continuing her education to pursue a degree in Vocational Education; which will enable her to address the growing needs of Autistic individuals as they reach adulthood.

Janet is an enthusiastic, energetic ABA therapist who moved from Montreal, Canada to San Diego in 2008. Janet has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis providing intensive ABA services in both home and school settings to children with autism since 2004. She earned a bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. Janet is experienced in using a wide variety of methodologies including PECS, DTT, NET and various behavior modification techniques. Janet is skilled in teaching play, academic, self help and social skills. She is passionate about improving the quality of lives of children with autism as well as their families. She is excited to be a part of the AEFCT team.

Kris has been working with children on the autism spectrum since 2003. He is experienced in teaching play skills, social skills, academics, and Theory of Mind. Kris is well versed in Applied Behavior Analysis and Discrete Trial Teaching. Kris is an excellent facilitator of social groups and has great rapport with children, parents and staff that he works with. Kris is currently working on a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and is excited to be a part of the AEFCT team.

Jessica has been working with children on the autism spectrum in school, home, and community settings since 2003. She graduated from CSU Long Beach in 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She is currently attending San Diego State University working towards her Master’s Degree in Special Education as well as her BCBA. Jessica is a passionate and enthusiastic Behavior Consultant who loves being apart of the AEFCT team! She is devoted to empowering her clients and families to achieve their individual goals.

Nicole graduated from Roger Williams University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Originally from Needham, Massachusetts, she is loving life in California. Nicole has worked with children of all ages on the Autism spectrum and is planning to further her education in Speech and Language Pathology. She is very excited to be a part of the AEFCT team!

Rachel moved to San Diego from Boston in August 2008. She loves everything about California so far! She graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies and Psychology. Rachel has been working closely with a variety of children on the autism spectrum since 2004. Rachel plans to pursue her passion by obtaining a Master’s degree in Counseling or Special Education. She appreciates each of her client's individuality and strives to help them reach their full potential, both academically and socially.

Joan graduated from University of California, San Diego with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology with a specialization in cognitive neuropsychology. She earned an Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in School Psychology from the University of Arizona and possesses a School Psychologist credential in the state of California and Arizona. Joan has worked with individuals on the autism spectrum and children of all ages with a wide range of special needs in schools, homes, communities, and clinical/research settings. She is currently pursuing a BCBA certification and is passionate about helping children meet their greatest potential through the delivery of empirical interventions and teaching strategies to improve their quality of life.
